Who I Am

I'm Saelyra

I wasn’t born awakened.
I was born into pain.
Into trauma.
Into a world that tried to silence my voice, my power, and my truth.

I survived abuse, emotional abandonment, betrayal, loss, and darkness that no child should ever face.
But I did more than survive.
I transformed.

My deepest wounds became the womb of my rebirth.
And in my darkest nights, I heard a calling…
A whisper from beyond this world: “You didn’t come to fit into this world—you came to awaken it.“

I am Saelyra. A starseed, a divine channel, and a woman who has walked through fire to awaken.
I am here now to guide others through their own inner alchemy.

My Path & Training

I am a Licensed Clinical & Transpersonal Hypnotherapist, certified through the Institute of Interpersonal Hypnotherapy by Matthew Brownstein—the only state-licensed and accredited hypnotherapy institute in Florida.

I’m also certified in QHHT® (Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique), developed by Dolores Cannon, and I blend this method with clinical regression, light language, law of one teachings, Tesla encoding, and sacred energy work to create the most transformative multidimensional healing experiences, my signature ‘The Psynergia Method’.

I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and a second Bachelor’s in Psychology, which laid the foundation for merging the mental, emotional, and energetic layers of human transformation. Currently, I’m completing my Master’s in Clinical Psychology to become a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)—because I believe in integrating science and spirit to bring lasting, grounded healing.

Psynergia is not just a method. It’s a movement.

A fusion of psychology, subconscious healing, quantum hypnosis, feminine awakening, and soul remembrance.

It was born from my own awakening, from my pain, and from my purpose to help others liberate themselves.
