What is Past Life Regression?
Past Life Regression is a form of deep hypnosis that guides you into the same relaxed, dreamlike state you cross every night on the way to sleep — and gently invites your subconscious to reveal what it has been holding. For some, that surfaces as memory from another lifetime. For others, as ancestral echo or symbolic imagery. You remain calm, aware, and in control the entire time. I work in the QHHT® tradition (Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique) in the lineage of the late Dolores Cannon, woven into my own signature approach. Certified QHHT Level 2.
